Mr Cruel had an incredible impact on Australia in the late 80’s and early 90’s. He was Australia’s bogeyman.

Sparking unprecedented fear in adults and children. Even hardened criminals were shaken and took measures to better protect their families. Unless you lived through it, it’s hard to fully appreciate….
